SafeCirc® was founded by Dr. David Tomlinson, a navy-trained physician driven by a passion for improving safety standards in newborn circumcision. Early in his career, Dr. Tomlinson recognized a troubling reality: traditional circumcision techniques often lacked consistency, precision, and safeguards against complications.

With a background in surgical care and a commitment to patient safety, Dr. Tomlinson envisioned a clinic entirely dedicated to circumcision—one where the highest standards, best technology, and individualized support would define every aspect of the experience.
