EMPOWER

Free for underrepresented founders based in Rhode Island.

The program is dedicated to bolstering the Health and Wellness fields by nurturing underrepresented entrepreneurs, providing vital support, and promoting diversity and innovation.

The EMPOWER program is a holistic initiative aimed at empowering female, BIPOC, and other underrepresented entrepreneurs in the Health and Wellness sectors. It offers technical assistance in crucial areas such as Intellectual Property Protection, Business Incorporation, Financial Projections, Market Analysis, and Website Development. The program includes an Accelerator, which provides financial support and access to resources alongside networking events and a workshop series. The mission is to support and elevate minority businesses and underrepresented founders, fostering diversity and innovation in the health and wellness industry.

Workshop + Lecture Series

The EMPOWER Workshop Series is designed to support underrepresented entrepreneurs in the Health and Wellness sectors, providing them with essential technical assistance that has historically been less accessible to minority entrepreneurs and businesses.

The program covers a wide range of topics, including Intellectual Property Protection, Business Incorporation, Financial Projections, Market Analysis and Validation, and Website Development.

Accelerator Program

The Accelerator is a component of the EMPOWER program that provides significant support to selected participants. Participants will receive custom programming as well as access to up to $10,000 in support.

This accelerator goes beyond financial aid, offering an environment that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration, making it a pivotal platform for minority entrepreneurs to bring their health and wellness solutions to life.
